We have hired an external expert consultant, Zucker Systems, to audit all of our permitting and licensing processes to ensure better communication, workflow management, and user friendliness as we build an online permitting and licensing tool that will eventually be found here.

To ensure your business is allowed to exist or operate in a certain area, contact the Division of Zoning.
For construction permits, contact the Office of the Construction Code Official.
If your business is in a historic district, BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING contact Historic Preservation.
For any business that prepares, serves, or sells food, contact the Department of Health and Human Services.
For specific types of licenses that may be required to operate your business, contact the Division of Commerce.
